In the last race of the season for the two competitors for the S68 Bermudian championship Evan Wilcox claimed the second spot and 20 points for a season total of 131. In this way he managed to pass Perry Neccessary (119) on the last racing day of the season.
Perry Neccessary was Wilcox' most important team mate of the day and was polite enough to congratulate his captain of the day with both the second place and the very likely jersey.
The management of Driehoek also expresses their congratulations to young Evan Wilcox. When long-time reporter Alfie Sagar (whose grandson Corwin has recently joined the team) asked some pointed question about the future of the two captains manager Koen explained that Driehoeks journey during this season found a bit more races that were suited for Evan Wilcox, but that Perry Neccessary would also get his fair chances for the captaincy during the next season.
In other news, after the disappointing result of Irving Haynes' training program the management of Driehoek has decided to allocate funds to the training of Wylie Henshaw.
